This project was inspired by a personal struggle I was going through. I felt stuck in a runt: not getting recognized for my work, potential, and drive. I was then inspired to create something to express what I was feeling. The transition of color and shape in this project is representative of the developments of becoming better acquainted. The begin of the serious starts with scratching the surface of who someone is. If given a chance, we can find the unique and beautiful parts of an individual.
